Accessing the Universal Recorder

There are two ways to use the Universal Recorder.

Option 1 – Browser

1. Open the Universal Recorder link provided by your administrator.
2. Sign in using your organisation's credentials.
3. Allow microphone access when prompted.
4. Select the correct microphone if multiple devices are available.
5. You're now ready to begin recording.

Option 2 – Downloadable Application

1. Download the Universal Recorder from the link provided by your organisation.
2. Install the application following the on-screen instructions.
3. Launch the application.
4. Sign in.
5. Allow microphone permissions if prompted.
6. Select your input and output audio 
7. Begin recording.
