Why is my audio not processing?

It is usually one of two things

1. Your file is too large – we can safely handle files up to 200mB in size. Anything over that may not be processed
2. Your file is not one of the allowed types. The following file types are allowed:

Audio file types: .mp3; .wav; .ogg; .flac; .aac; .wma; .m4a; .aiff; .alac; .mid; .midi; .opus

Video with audio file types: .mp4; .avi; .mov; .wmv; .flv; .mkv; .webm; .m4v; .mpg; .mpeg; .3gp; .3g2; .ts; .mts; .m2ts
