Where is data stored and processed?

Wyser ASSIST stores data in UK or EEA data centres and processes it on UK or EEA servers. Audio files are retained for no more than 48 business hours, and transcripts and summaries for no more than 30 days, unless a shorter agreed period applies.

If any transfer or access outside the UK or EEA is ever required, Wyser will only carry this out in line with applicable data protection law and the DPA.
