Wyser assesses third-party providers before using them in connection with the Service.

Where a provider acts as a subprocessor, Wyser puts written data protection terms in place and remains responsible for its subprocessors in accordance with the DPA.

Wyser maintains a published subprocessor list. Customers receive notice of proposed new subprocessors and have an opportunity to object in accordance with the DPA.

The DPA also requires subprocessors to be subject to equivalent data protection obligations.
