What is Wyser ASSIST and what processing does it carry out?

Wyser ASSIST is an AI-assisted transcription and summarisation service. It processes audio recordings of calls and meetings to produce a transcript and structured summary.

Depending on the organisation’s configuration, audio can be uploaded manually or captured through supported integrations. ASSIST processes the audio to create a transcript and summary which can then be reviewed by an authorised member of staff.

The organisation remains responsible for deciding when recording takes place, what information is submitted to ASSIST and how the resulting information is used.

ASSIST is intended to support staff with record keeping. The generated transcript and summary should be reviewed by an authorised member of staff before being relied upon as an official record or used to inform action.
