What is the difference between Basic, Standard and Premium subscription ?
With Basic, the transcript and summary will be available first thing the day following the upload as the processing is done overnight. This gives you access to the basic case note style, which is a general summary of the conversation.
With Standard, the transcript and summary will be available within 20% of the call length, so with a 40 minute call the summary would always be available within 8 minutes, and usually much quicker i.e. within a couple of minutes. You will also have access to case note styles relevant to your sector – this standard set is building out as we develop the product.
The main difference between Standard and Premium is that Premium also includes a number of hours of bespoke summary development as part of the price. This means we will work with you to create a case note style meeting your exact specification, further reducing the amount of admin work for the advisor.
