What happens to the audio after transcription?

Audio is retained only for the minimum period required to process it and no longer than 48 business hours under the standard retention period.

Once the applicable retention period expires, it is permanently deleted from Wyser's products and systems.

The organisation should separately consider whether it retains its own copy of the recording on a telephony platform, Microsoft Teams, a local device or another system.
