What is the onboarding process?
Wyser ASSIST
- You will need to sign a Data Processing Agreement which allows us to process data on your behalf
- You will need to supply us with any case note templates that you would like to have setup in the system ahead of starting your trial/subscription.
- You will need to let us know which users will need to be setup on the system for the trial. Please note all users will need to have organisation email addresses.
- We will book your team in for a training session – this can be either the full team or a train the trainer session
Telephony Integration
We will work with you ahead of starting your subscription to get your telephony integration built and tested in our sandbox environment, to ensure that everything goes smoothly once we’re ready to start.
