Wyser prioritises data security and compliance. We are Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO 27001 certified, ensuring adherence to industry-leading security standards. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with strict access controls in place to prevent unauthorised access.

We keep audio data for up to 48 hours, and transcripts and summaries for p to 30 days, before it is hard deleted from our system. Our data retention policies are customisable to align with your organisation’s security and compliance requirements.
