Is user data used for continued training?

Wyser does not use identifiable customer data to train the model.

Where data is used to improve the service, Wyser first creates an anonymised dataset. That anonymised data may then be used for continued training, testing and product improvement.

Customer data handled as part of the live service remains subject to Wyser’s retention and security controls. Audio files are kept only for the minimum time needed for processing and for no more than 48 business hours. Transcripts and summaries are retained for the agreed period and for no more than 30 days.
