How to Clear Your Browser Cache
Clearing your browser cache can help resolve issues when using Assist and other web applications. Your browser stores temporary files (cache) to help websites load faster. Over time, this data can become outdated or corrupted, which may cause display or performance issues.

You may be asked to clear your cache if you experience:
- Pages not loading correctly
- Missing or delayed content (e.g. call summaries not appearing)
- Login or session issues

- Select Settings
- Click Privacy and security
- Select Delete browsing data
- Choose a time range (recommended: All time)
- Ensure Cached images and files is selected

What happens when you clear your cache?
Clearing your cache removes temporary files stored by your browser. This helps your browser load the most up-to-date version of a website.
After clearing your cache:
- Websites load the most recent version of content
- Display or loading issues may be resolved
- You may need to log in again to some websites
Why clearing your cache is helpful
Clearing your cache ensures your browser is not using outdated or corrupted files. This can improve performance and help resolve login or session-related issues.
