How should we describe human oversight?

ASSIST generates transcripts and drafts summaries to support staff. An authorised member of staff should review the output before it is treated as the final record or relied upon for action.

The reviewer should check important information such as names, dates, numbers, addresses, actions, commitments and other material facts.

Human review should remain part of the customer's operating procedure rather than being treated as an optional quality check.
