How much does Wyser ASSIST cost?
Wyser ASSIST subscriptions are sold as blocks of hours of audio that we process for you each month, with a set fee per month for up to a maximum number of audio hours processed.
Our product offer includes three levels of product, Basic, Standard and Premium.
With Basic, the transcript and summary will be available first thing the day following the upload as the processing is done overnight. This gives you access to the basic case note style, which is a general summary of the conversation.
With Standard, the transcript and summary will be available within 20% of the call length, so with a 40 minute call the summary would always be available within 8 minutes, and usually much quicker i.e. within a couple of minutes. You will also have access to case note styles relevant to your sector – this standard set is building out as we develop the product.
The main difference between Standard and Premium is that Premium also includes a number of hours of bespoke summary development as part of the price. This means we will work with you to create a case note style meeting your exact specification, further reducing the amount of admin work for the advisor.
The subscription tiers are:
- Tier 1: 0-250 hours of audio
- Tier 1: 250-500 hours of audio
- Tier 3: 500-1,000 hours of audio
- Tier 4: 1,000-1,500 hours of audio
- Tier 5: 1,500-2,500 hours of audio
- Tier 6: 2,500+ hours of audio
The price band will be set for your organisation depending on the number of hours audio you expect to process monthly.
Any unused hours can be rolled over into the following month to help your organisation deal with seasonal fluctuation in demand.
With all our subscriptions, there is no limit on the number of users.
