How is the AI model trained, particularly if records are deleted by Wyser?

Wyser does not use identifiable customer data to train the model.

Where data is used to improve the service, Wyser first creates an anonymised dataset. That anonymised data may then be used for continued training, testing and product improvement.

The structure and style of summaries are also shaped by the prompts and rules agreed during onboarding. This helps Wyser produce case notes that match your organisation’s needs while still protecting personal data.

Live service records are retained only for limited periods. Audio files are kept only for the minimum time needed for processing and for no more than 48 business hours. Transcripts and summaries are retained for the agreed period and for no more than 30 days.
