How is the AI model trained, particularly if records are deleted by Wyser?

We don’t train the model, we build the summaries using prompts, based on the answers you give us during onboarding around what should be included in your summary. Our prompt engineers combine their knowledge of prompt engineering alongside their knowledge of working closely with advice sector organisations over the last 3 years to build summaries that are fit for purpose.
