How is customer data protected?
ASSIST uses encryption in transit and at rest and applies access controls.
- TLS 1.2 or higher for data in transit
- AES-256 encryption for stored data
- Authenticated user access
- Role-based access controls
Wyser also holds Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO 27001 certification.
The DPA requires appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.
