How is accuracy managed?

ASSIST produces AI-generated transcription and summaries which should be reviewed by an authorised member of staff.

The reviewer should check the output against the original conversation and correct errors before the information is relied upon as the final record. The organisation remains responsible for ensuring that the final record it creates is accurate. Human review should form part of the organisation's operating procedure.

The organisation should also have a process for correcting inaccurate records.
