How does Wyser ASSIST work?
ASSIST works by transcribing a recording of a conversation between an advisor and a service user, using large language models or LLM’s. LLM’s are a form of artificial intelligence or AI.
Once the transcription has been created, the AI reviews the transcript of the full conversation, and creates one or more summaries or case notes, based on what was discussed during the conversation.
The transcript and summaries are presented back to the advisor via either the ASSIST front end, or via one of our CRM or case management integrations, for the advisor to review, edit and save against the appropriate client record.
