Does Wyser retain the final case note?

ASSIST is not a system of record. ASSIST retains transcripts and summaries for the agreed retention period, subject to a maximum of 30 business days under the current standard terms.

The customer's final case note or record may then be transferred to the organisation's own systems.

The organisation is responsible for applying its own records retention schedule to that final record.
