Does ASSIST work in real time?

With a telephony integration in place, ASIST can provide you with a transcript of your call and your case note summary in near real time. As soon as the call is complete, the audio file is passed to ASSIST, which will create the transcript and summary in around 10% of the length of time of the call itself – so the transcript and case note for a 20 minute call would be available in around 2 minutes.
