Does ASSIST integrate with Microsoft Teams and what access does it have?

ASSIST can connect with Microsoft Teams through Microsoft Graph permissions. When a Microsoft account is connected, ASSIST requests the delegated permissions  Files.Read and User.Read.

What access does ASSIST have?

The Files.Read permission provides read-only access to files the signed-in user can already access in OneDrive. ASSIST uses this to find recordings in the user's Recordings folder and send them to ASSIST for processing.

ASSIST does not have permission to create, edit, overwrite or delete files in OneDrive. The integration uses delegated access on behalf of the signed-in user, rather than giving Wyser access to the whole organisation's OneDrive.
