Can Wyser use customer data for other purposes?

Wyser processes personal data under the customer's documented instructions for the purposes of providing the Service.

The DPA states that Wyser will process personal data solely for the purposes of performing the Service and in accordance with the customer's documented instructions.

Wyser does not use identifiable customer data to train its models. Where service improvement uses data, Wyser first creates an anonymised dataset.

Any new processing purpose should be assessed separately where required.
