Can you use Wyser in face-to-face meetings?

Yes. You can record an in-person conversation and upload it to Wyser ASSIST for transcription and case notes.

Use the mobile app (ASSIST Go)

• ASSIST Go is available on Android via the Google Play Store
• Record in-person conversations with one tap, online or offline.
• Upload the recording to Wyser ASSIST for processing, then remove the local file from the device.

Use the Desktop Recorder

• Record face-to-face audio using your laptop microphone or connected audio equipment.
• Start and stop when you choose, then upload the conversations you want to process in ASSIST.

iOS app status

• The iOS version is planned for Q3 2026.
• We are improving the Android experience first, so we can carry the same stable functionality into iOS.
